They dont mean to make fun of anyone its just a funny trend, also they have to get copyright i think to use their real names/ logos. Notice that the Apple logo has bitten of two bites, not one. However Simpsons have made fun of microsoft and that was more serious. also in another episode where the whole town gets addicted to an MMORPG game u can see marge playing on a MacBook Lol that is very common for animations and comic books to do.
